To ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and transparent rental experience for all parties involved, we have established the following general terms and conditions. These terms outline the rights and responsibilities of both the renter and the property owner, covering important aspects such as booking procedures, payment, cancellation policies, and property use.

Please read these terms carefully before confirming your reservation. By proceeding with the booking, you agree to comply with and be bound by these conditions, which help us maintain the highest standards of service and hospitality.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm.

We ask you to check out before 11:00 am.

Please leave the house as you found it.

Number of guests

The house is intended for the number of people specified at the time of booking.

Please let us know if anything changes.

Smoking & Pets

Smoking is not allowed inside.

Pets are welcome only if agreed upon in advance.

Peace and respect

Enjoy your stay, but also think of the neighbors.

Between 22:00 and 08:00 we like to keep it quiet.

Use of the house

Feel at home and treat furniture and facilities with care.

Have you damaged something or something is not working?

Please let us know and we will find a solution together.

Waste & Recycling

We appreciate it if you separate waste neatly and dispose of it according to instructions.

Keys

Please take good care of your keys. If lost, we may charge for replacement.

120 to 50 days before arrival - 40% of the total cost

49 to 40 days before arrival - 50% of the total cost

39 to 30 days before arrival - 65% of the total cost

29 to 14 days before arrival 85% of the total costs

Less than 14 days before arrival - 100% of the total costs
